Awarded Summary
On November 19, 2019, Council of the Township of Woolwich ratified the following resolution:That the Council of the Township of Woolwich, considering Report IS05-2019 respecting the Township of Woolwich’s 2019 Cured In Place Pipe Lining Program:
1. awards Contract 2019-22 Cured In Place Pipe Lining Program to Clean Water Works Incorporated at a cost of $530,169.60 after H.S.T. rebate;
2. authorizes Township Staff the option to negotiate additional work with Clean Water Works Incorporated up to the remaining 2019 Capital Budget amount, which will be based on performance;
3. authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the contract documents
