The scope of work consists of interior/exterior renovations at the Breslau Community Centre (100 Andover Drive, Breslau) to construct new barrier-free universal washrooms and reconfigure the existing kitchen layout to improve accessibility and functionality. The work includes new block wall partition, barrier-free steel doors with automatic operators, updated plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems, new fixtures and finishes, and flooring replacement.
