That the Council of the Township of Woolwich, considering Report IS11-2025 respecting Tender Award for Contract 2025-04 Randall Drain Culvert Replacement – Fountain Street North:
- Award Tender 2025-04 to iN4Structure Limited at a total cost of $1,262,913.66 after H.S.T. rebate subject to the Region of Waterloo and the Region of Waterloo Airport funding their share being $412,787.45 and $628,368.86 inclusive of HST and 7% administration fees respectively;
- Exempt the selection of a consulting engineer for contract administration, construction inspection, and post construction services from the requirements of the Purchasing By-law; and,
- Retain Tatham Engineering Limited for contract administration, construction inspection, and post construction services at a total cost of $55,499.90 after H.S.T. rebate.
