The Township of Woolwich annual pavement marking contract is for a period of one year, with an option to extend four (4) additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement. The Township or the bidder may, at any time, terminate the renewal upon giving written notice to the other by March 1st of each year of its desire that the quotation renewal be terminated. The contract includes one application annually, the application shall be completed by October 1^st for the first year and June 30^th of each subsequent year. The contract also includes a fall application on roads constructed/paved/resurfaced during the year and other painting on an as required basis to be completed by October 31 each year as weather conditions allow. 

The work includes retracing of existing pavement markings, line markings and parking lot markings. Layout and application of new markings as required. Work Items shall include but are not specifically limited to, lines by paint truck, hand machine markings and line removal or obliterating.
